Guinevere is shocked when Lancelot makes it clear that the way she can repay him for saving her life is to go to bed with him!  She tells him she is engaged to another man!

The Arthurian legend is beautifully retold in "First Knight" starring Sean Connery as King Arthur, the founder of Camelot and the Knights of the Round Table, Julia Ormond as the lovely and spirited Guinevere, and Richard Gere as the legendary soldier Lancelot.
